Freezes beautifully

The freezing of meals always reminds me of “Steel Magnolias.” So this week and weekend we may be doing some cooking. And we are also going out to dinner. And I am getting a massage, hair cut, mani/pedi (oh wait no I am not). It is a busy weekend.  If we do get around to cooking and then freezing food what recipes “freeze beautifully?”

    baked ziti. meatballs. casseroles. (ham and noodle!) lasagna. etc…

    chili. Banana bread! pancakes and waffles, any kind of soup.
    I just got “Don’t Panic, Dinner’s in the Freezer” for my birthday. But I have yet to try it out. There are a lot of freezer cookbooks like that , though, you can check the library.

    Home made mac and cheese, cookie dough batter, banana bread, chicken soup, spaghetti sauce, meatballs…
